Commercial Manager - looking for post gradutes from Finance backgroud

- Controlling and managing the cashflow, accounts, MIS reporting and commercial functions

- Implementing policies/processes for proper accounting & financial controls under guidance of Corporate Accounts Team

- Review of Branch/Region level profitability. Suggesting & implementing corrective measures.

- Collection Monitoring and Forecasting

- Ensuring Fixed Date wage payment compliance

- Meeting ULM Target set for Region and Branches

- Ensuring full compliance of norms and office order being issued from time to time

- Ensuring budget compliance and keeping the same within the target

- Ensuring staffing & training to Accounts Team

- Generating and circulation of reports CC/MIS

- Discussion with Regional Head's on improvements and action plans

- Understating the business

- Attending weekly meeting with SBU Head's and credit controller and daily collection calls
