Job description & primary responsibilities:

As a member of the Sales Operations team, He/She will use the strategic thinking, analytical skills and business knowledge to provide a local and customized approach that generates impactful insights with data-driven trends and action-oriented recommendations for ecommerce business at the zone.

The role is to ensure that

1) Develop, implement and lead the continuous Sales & Operations (S&OP) process to support the growth of the ecommerce business

2) Work closely with stakeholders to define sales targets, track performance and execute the right pricing strategy for ecommerce business

3) Recommends or contributes information in setting product pricing

4) Work closely with support functions to develop solutions and concepts to enable and maximize productivity of sales team

5) All the New business development projects are implemented efficiently

6) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in planning and executing the delivery of solutions promised to existing and new customers

7) Develop service monitoring framework, KPIs and other evaluative measures to determine our delivery performance to all the clients with Individual focus on large & strategic customers

8) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to perform the due diligence and evaluate the performance of the project delivery stages at the time of Implementation while onboarding the new customers

9) Prepare project plan for Implementation of new sign ups, evaluate the capabilities and other Internal resources needed in the project implementation

10) Gather, analyze and report on business data to support key business decision making

11) Client onboarding & servicing of Key accounts including ensuring service levels and manage account receivables.

12) Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solution

13) Monitor market and competitor activities & provide relevant reports and information

14) Initiate and prioritize projects, and take the lead when determining the best implementation methods

15) Working closely with sales teams, Identifying leads, Meeting clientele, for New Business Development for B2C ecommerce retail logistic services, understanding avenues of possible collaboration and win business. Understanding scope for business and sell offered services.

16) Account level planning and revenue forecasting,

17) Acts as the customer advocate articulating the users and/or buyers needs, Owns all facets of the sales process for large, complex strategic accounts within assigned geography18) Building an in-depth knowledge of clients ranging from Fortune 500 brands to ecommerce retailers across assigned territory

19) Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

20) Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

21) Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
