Responsibilities:
- Drive critical projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams across locations and hierarchy.
- Requirement specs prep, scoping, UAT, Implementation, Roll out, monitoring
- Entire project handling capability
- Continually analyze scope of process improvement, analyze industry best practices and present analysis, suggestions and research findings to the senior management to support business decisions
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Operations, different software and application used in our industry is must
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good proficiency in Spreadsheet (Excel) & other Office applications, internet applications and analytical softwares/ tools like SPSS/ SAS etc. Should be comfortable with working on huge data
- Ability to gather relevant information and apply knowledge to solve less well-defined practical problems
