Senior Manager, HR Center of Excellence

Job Summary: The Senior Manager, HR Center of Excellence, is responsible for leading and managing the Center of Excellence. The role involves developing and implementing strategies, programs, and initiatives to support the organization's HR objectives and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

COE Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

- Lead the design and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.

Analytics and Insights:

- Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve HR programs and processes.

- Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive decision-making.

Manpower Budgeting:

- Collaborate with finance and business leaders to develop annual manpower budgets.

- Monitor and analyze manpower utilization and costs to ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.

COE Program Management:

- Oversee the implementation of HR programs and initiatives within the COE, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and HR colleagues.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR matters, providing guidance and support as needed.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals within the COE, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

- MBA HR, from a premier B School, with Min. 4 years relevant experience with a focus on talent management and COE operations.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

- Proficiency in manpower budgeting and financial analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
