The role entails taking complete ownership of driving different aspects and modules across projects, handling various initiatives under projects, working upon manpower budgeting, and handling other tasks on a need basis. It also consists of the role holder liaising with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
STRATEGIC :
- Driving all aspects and modules of different projects by liaising with key leaders from the organization, national function heads, other employees and stakeholders, and any third parties/consultant, as the case may be to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Responsible for spearheading different initiatives under HR projects by partnering with different vendors, connecting with employees, and other stakeholders - carrying out enhancement and maintenance activities with respect to the same
OPERATIONAL
- Perform hands-on HR project management such as development of project plans, scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverable, benefits and milestones, resource and program tracking, development, and management of risk, issue and action logs
- Using own initiative to develop or improve project management processes and tools and to ensure project tools, best practices, and lessons learned are documented
- Manage the implementation of people strategy solutions to support clients in managing key project milestones and outputs. Proactively identifies solutions to meet business objectives, considering the implications of change on the organization and all stakeholders
- Actively manage and coordinate HR project plans, handling changes as they arise and keeping core stakeholders focused on key outputs
- Ensuring adherence to program governance structure by sharing the management assurance report on the status of the implementation of the various projects at an agreed frequency.
- Proactively identifies solutions to meet business objectives, considering the implications of change on the organization and all stakeholders
- Focusing on talent development, including professional development and career development, to enable all employees to have the opportunity to fulfil their career potential
- Overseeing development of the project & ensuring that the team is carrying out their tasks efficiently
- Handling and working upon any other ad-hoc tasks and reports, as and when required
