- Analyze the talent strategy and succession planning of organization. Develop a talent plan as required for strategic long run success of organization. Review talent in the organization. Plan various tools and techniques to develop talent within the organization.
- The role entails taking complete ownership of driving different aspects and modules across projects. It also consists of the role holder liaising with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of all typical HR process in an organization
- Ability to learn and keep abreast of latest developments in the field of HR and Labor Relations
- Attention to detail and good data management skills
- Ability to work in teams and coordinate with various stakeholders externally and internally
- Confidence in communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
