Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Oversee channel sales and manage relationships with channel partners
- Achieve sales targets and meet deadlines
- Prepare and present sales reports and MIS
- Identify and resolve issues related to sales operations
- Develop strategies to enhance sales performance and profitability
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in logistics or a related industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong lead generation and sales operations skills
- Experience in channel sales
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software
- Knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
