Role Description:
- The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the branch.
- This includes leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving financial targets, and driving business development initiatives.
- The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and supply chain activities.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the branch team to achieve operational excellence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and relationship management.
- Financial Management: Meet financial goals by managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's reach and impact.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Financial acumen with budgeting and financial planning skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
