C4C SAP Business Analyst

Role Description:

Successful Execution of SAP C4C projects by playing Important role in Requirement gathering, Preparation of Key Design Document, Project Development in association with Internal team and/or external vendor, Enhancements, Change Requests, Framing of SAP C4C Reports and Dashboards, and related supporting tasks

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather Requirements by Identifying process gaps by actively engaging with Functional Leadership and SAP-C4C End users.

- Articulate Business Requirement into SAP C4C User Requirement Specifications

- Actively Collaborate with the IT function and SAP C4C Support partner to successfully develop new configurations, enhancements or changes in C4C

- Carry out extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on SAP C4C developments and Enhancements and signoff for such developments to be made live

- Conceptualise and Publish MIS Dashboards on SAP-C4C Business Process Impact, SAP-C4C End User Analytics, SAP-C4C performance dashboards to provide actionable insights to the Functional Leadership

- Complete Ownership and Management of SAP C4C Master Data and Related Tasks

- Aggressive resolution of Issues raised by the C4C end users

- Knowledge Transfer of SAP C4C to End Users, Support Partners, and Functional Leadership team

- To be a Subject Matter expert on the SAP C4C ecosystem, including integration with other IT modules and systems.

- Documentation of SAP-C4C solutions to ensure adequate end user support

Competencies:

- Strong Analytical skills to understand and analyse business processes to articulate end user requirements.

- Proven Ability with Development of SAP C4C Reports, Dashboards and processes

- Sound Written, Verbal and Interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders

- Proven Ability of Speedy and Successful SAP C4C Project Execution

- Proven Expertise of Excellence in SAP C4C module process and Master data management

- Excellent skills in MS Excel and Tableau

Education and Work Experience:

- Bachelor of Engineering or Masters in Business Administration

- Minimum 2-5 Years experience of hands-on SAP C4C experience in areas of Development, Project Implementation and Rollout.
