- We are looking for highly strategic and execution-focused Chief Of Staff to support the MD & CEO in driving key business priorities, stakeholder management, and operational effectiveness.

- This role is ideal for a professional with strong background in financial services, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a strategic partner to the MD & CEO, providing insights and support on business initiatives, market trends, and organizational priorities.

- Help in driving critical projects and collaborate with senior leadership to track and implement key business strategies.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure seamless coordination and execution of high - priority initiatives.

- Act as a communication bridge between the leadership team and various departments.

- Help in process improvements.

Key Requirements:

- 7-8 years if experience in asset management, mutual funds, or financial services.

- Strong understanding of sales, distribution, and marketing in investment/wealth management space.

- Excellent analytical, problem - solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with precision and efficiency.

- MBA/PGDM in Finance or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred.
