Aramya is a size-inclusive women's ethnic wear brand focused on delivering comfortable & beautiful daily wear at affordable prices. With $9M in funding from Z47, Accel, and marquee angel investors, we're on a path of rapid expansion.

Driven by in-house designing & manufacturing and deep customer insights, we have grown exponentially in the last few quarters, and we are super excited to accelerate this growth further.

With rapid growth over the last few quarters, we're now looking for a versatile Product Lead to supercharge both our digital commerce experience and supply chain technology-owning product strategy, user journeys, operational tech systems, and business impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap


- Define and drive product vision and strategy for Aramya's D2C e-commerce platform and internal supply chain systems.

- Prioritize initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

2.D2C Digital Experience

- Lead the creation of intuitive, high-conversion user journeys across website and mobile.

- Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through A/B testing, personalization, and data-backed improvements.

- Track and improve key metrics like conversion rate, retention, NPS, and ROAS.

3. Supply Chain & ERP Systems

- Lead the development of a scalable, tailored ERP system to integrate manufacturing and supply chain operations.

- Optimize design-to-production workflows, inventory management, and production queuing for 100+ weekly designs.

- Build systems delivering actionable insights for product performance, quality control, and customer preference trends.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, design, tech, operations, manufacturing, and finance teams to align product goals with business priorities.

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams for flawless execution.

5. Analytics & Data-driven Insights

- Leverage advanced analytics tools to track product, operational, and customer KPIs.

- Use insights to refine product features, improve efficiency, and unlock growth opportunities.

6. Leadership & Team Building

- Manage and mentor product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and speed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 7-9 years of product management experience, including 3-4 years in leadership roles.

- Proven track record of scaling D2C e-commerce products and/or ERP systems for B2C manufacturing brands.

- Strong grasp of UX/UI, customer-centric design, and digital commerce metrics.

- Experience with ERP workflows, production systems, and operational process design is a plus.

- Proficiency with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and data visualization platforms.

- Strategic thinker with sharp execution skills, able to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Background in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
