Job Description:
At DSJ Keep Learning, marketing managers are responsible for driving revenue growth of a product vertical.
This particular position is dedicated to our management vertical, where we are selling masterclasses and degree programs ranging from Rs. 1,000/- all the way to Rs. 4,00,000/-.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing acquisition funnels - research, media planning, generation and nurturing of leads.
- Devise and plan marketing plans across the funnel for various products under the vertical: Above-the-line (ATL) and Below-the-line (BTL) activities.
- Work with the marketing team and agencies to plan and execute lead generation activities.
- Own the marketing communication for a given vertical from marketing collaterals, to paid ads, to blogs and website.
- Strong grasp on number crunching and analytics to calculate the ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Conduct webinars and smart engagement activities to engage with prospective audience.
- Managed vendor relationships with affiliates and agencies for various services.
- Well-versed on digital marketing channels and relevant metrics to measure those channels.
- A fundamental understanding on SEO, SMM, content marketing, branding, marketing automation and lead generation.
- Impeccable communication skills.
- Prepare marketing and sale forecasts for upcoming quarters.
- Research and discover new ways to boost sales for the product.
- Coordinate with the sales vertical to gather market feedback and ensure timely feedback on marketing campaign quality.

- A strong focus on customer-service, delivered with empathy and passion.

- Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, SEMrush, Google Analytics etc.
