Job Title: Site - Security Head

Education & Experience:

a) Simple Graduate / PG in Science, Arts or Commerce.

b) At least 10-12 years of experience in Security & Administration.

c) Preferable Ex Serviceman from Army: Fighting Arms (Armored, Mechanized Infantry and Infantry).

d) Preferable if has had some experience in actual Security Operations during his tenure in the Armed Forces (Counter Insurgency, High Altitude Area, Aid to Civil Authorities or similar circumstances).

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Audit Security Setup and Identify Gaps.

- Conceptualize Security Setup required to achieve Zero Gap Deployment.

- Ensure vigilance & Liaising.

- Managing and training of Security Guards.

- Vetting minimum Qualitative Requirements of Acceptance of Security Guards from service provider.

- Design & Implement the Security Policies, Protocols & Procedures

- Conduct regular Security Inspections.

- Investigation of Security threats and breaches.

- Maintain the comprehensive Security Report.

- Present the Security Improvement plan to executives.

- Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion.

- Ensure that employees of that Site follow Security & Privacy Laws and standard.

- Security Audit

- High Tolerance for Ambiguity so as to be functional in VUCA.

- Able to handle the Administration of Site in absence of Site Manager

- Manage a team geographically dispersed and has advanced leadership skill.

- Remains clam in fast-paced and stressful situation.

- Demonstrates attention to details and is diligent.

- Works well independently and has strong project management skill.

- Has good written and verbal communication skills.

- Should have good man management skills.
