Qualified CA with minimum 7 yrs of post qualification experience.

Job Description

1. Preparation of Ind AS Compliant standalone and consolidated financial statement and handling audit

2. Working knowledge of Budget and MIS, identify variance and analysis thereof

3. Supporting Income Tax and Secretarial Department (Sharing & vetting information for XBRL, DPT-3, FLA Return, Annual Report, MGT-4, Assessments, ITR, Transfer Pricing etc.)

4. Experience of handling Related parties Transactions in group environment

5. Understanding of Accounting of Business Combination and Fair Valuation requirements and Internal Financial Control (IFC).

Skills Required

1. Proficient knowledge of Ind AS, Schedule III, CARO and Auditing Standards.

2. Analytical Skills & solution oriented mind-set

3. Working Knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST, Companies Act & FEMA

4. Expert knowledge of MS office

5. Experience of Working in SAP
