DS Digital - Project Manager

Job Description -

1. Manage the S.Chand Group application (app).

2. Work on the application release and updates with the vendor based on new user interface, new requirements, intra-company and user feedback.

3. Manage the processing of digital content from S.Chand Group publishing companies on the app as per the defined timelines.

4. Liaison with S.Chand Group Publishing Companies:

a. To carry out the day to day activities of the app.

b. For timely delivery of content.

c. Get the content review and fixes executed.

d. Draft a plan for fetching and execution of daily new content for user retention.

5. Create and maintain the central repository of the digital content collected from all companies.

6. Align with technology team to manage user acceptance testing of the app.

7. Conduct market research, interact with potential customers through focus group discussions, surveys and other methods and tools.

8. Be the single point for contact for any digital needs of the publishing companies.

9. Be the single point of contact for digital content partners.

a. Timely creation & circulation of partner content deployment data.

b. Manage timely payouts of content partners.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

1. 3-4 years of Experience in Project Management.

2. Prior Product Management experience is a plus.

3. Self-Starter, Insightful, pro-active, collaborative and consultative.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Should have ownership mindset.

6. To be able to "think ahead" of monitoring, security, maintainability aspects of the product.

7. Should be street smart.

8. Experience in managing User Acceptance Testing is desirable.

9. Good knowledge of office productivity tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
