Droom - Employee Engagement Specialist - 4-6 years - Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities :
Employee Engagement :
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Campus Hiring :
- Lead campus recruitment efforts, including establishing relationships with educational institutions, organizing campus drives, and managing the hiring process for fresh graduates.
HR Operations :
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Performance Management :
- Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes and systems.
Training and Development :
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Policy Implementation :
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated to employees.
- Handle policy-related queries and issues.
HR Analytics :
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
Qualifications :
Education :
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
Skills :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
Attributes :
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
