Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy: Developing and refining the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market demands.

2. Roadmap Planning: Creating and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, data analysis, and strategic objectives.

3. Cross-functional Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) through the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal stakeholders (executives, sales, support) to gather requirements, gain buy-in, and communicate product updates.

5. Market Analysis: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.

6. Product Metrics: Defining and tracking key product metrics (KPIs), analyzing data to measure product success and inform future iterations.

7. User Experience: Championing a seamless user experience (UX/UI) by advocating for user-centric design principles and conducting usability testing.

8. Release Management: Overseeing product releases, coordinating with engineering and QA teams to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery.

9. Customer Support: Collaborating with customer support teams to address product- related inquiries, issues, and feedback effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

2. 5+ years of experience in product management, development, or a related role.

3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.

4. Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and articulate product requirements.

5. Basic project management abilities to manage timelines and deliverables.

6. Technical proficiency with tools like JIRA, Asana, and design/prototyping software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).

7. Soft skills including adaptability, creativity, and a customer-centric approach to product development.
