- Candidate who can not only run operations end to end but can also build processes, has experience in operational excellence, can use technology or automate, training people and think in numbers.

- Preparing business plan for Logistics department

- Preparing RFQ based on the contract period & rate revision for 3PL/transport/custom house agent.

- Finalization & appointment of new logistics service providers for warehousing & transport services based on logistics requirement.

- Implementation of cost down projects in transportations as well as in warehousing to cut down the logistics expenses as per allocated cost centers.

- Handled Company Owned & 3PL Warehouses.

- S&OP & New Product Launches Planning & Execution.

- Responsible for last mile distribution ensuring best home delivery Experience.

- Material Distribution & Planning in coordination with the Category team

- Managed Inventory & Statutory Audits

- Managed Budgeting & AOP for the distribution network

- Responsible for SOP's adherence & Process excellence.

- Responsible for Replenishments, Fill Ratio & OTIF Planning.

- Managed Freight forwarders & CHA's Management, Imports Operations

- Responsible for Logistics, Transportation, Vendor management.
