Senior Director - HR Location: Gurgaon, NCR
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional who is super passionate about people and organization building. An ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of hands-on experience in building rock star teams and winning organizations. The person should have track record of hiring people across functions and levels, smooth onboarding and induction, developing 30-60-90 days plan for each new hire, talent management, performance management, campus hiring, morale building and inculcating core values and competencies of the organization. Candidate with prior experience with either startups known for their high-performance culture or well established MNCs in India.
Someone who has appreciation for startups culture, entrepreneurial way of doing things and has worked with founder led companies will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage salary processing, attendance tracking, benefits administration, onboarding, exiting processes, HR policies, and HRMS operations.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across functions and levels.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for new hires, including the development of 30-60-90-day plans for each new employee.
- Implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Manage campus hiring initiatives to attract entry-level talent and build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Foster a high-performance culture through morale-building activities and initiatives.
- Inculcate core values and competencies of the organization throughout the employee experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in human resources, with a focus on building high performance teams and organizations.
- Proven track record of hiring talent across functions and levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing onboarding, talent management, and performance management programs.
- Prior experience with startups known for their high-performance culture or well-established MNCs in India.
- Appreciation for startup culture and entrepreneurial ways of doing things.
- Experience working with founder-led companies will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
