Role: Manager Trainings

Location: Gurgaon, NCR

Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development & Execution:

- Design, develop, and implement structured training programs to enhance skills and performance.

- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules across departments.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance analytics.

Learning & Development Strategy:

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to align training initiatives with business goals.

- Develop career growth programs to foster succession planning and leadership development.

- Work closely with management to enhance employee engagement and continuous learning.

- Onboarding & Employee Induction - Lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs for seamless integration. Develop engaging induction materials covering company policies, culture, and values

- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees through structured onboarding plans.

Training Operations & Compliance:

- Maintain training records, reports, and learning dashboards for progress tracking.

- Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and company policies. Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for digital training delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Partner with HR, department heads, and leadership to address skill gaps and training needs.

- Engage with external trainers, vendors, and institutions for advanced learning initiatives.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Certifications in Training & Development (NLP, TTT, ATD, or equivalent) are a plus.

- Prior experience in fast-paced startups, e-commerce, or technology-driven companies.

- Ability to design interactive, engaging learning content for both in-person and virtual formats.
