Role Overview:
As the Manager of Enterprise Sales (Partnerships & Alliances) for Corporate and Government sectors, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan. This role requires a professional with a strong background in B2B sales, partnership management, and alliance building, with a focus on corporate clients and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, engage, and establish relationships with potential corporate clients and government organizations to drive strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an effective sales plan focused on securing new business opportunities and partnerships within corporate and government sectors.
- Partnership Management: Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with Droom's strategic goals.
- Client Engagement: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners and stakeholders to drive repeat business and long-term collaboration.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and government policies to identify opportunities and risks in the automotive and e-commerce sectors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment in strategy and deliver customized solutions for each client.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics; provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, and alliances, preferably in the technology, automotive, or e-commerce sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and government stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales and partnership management.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with government procurement processes and corporate partnership models is highly preferred.
