4. Proposal Creation: Creating detailed proposals outlining the advertising solutions offered, including pricing, placements, and expected results.
5. Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform advertising strategies.
6. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. Sales Reporting: Tracking sales activities, preparing reports on sales performance, and forecasting future sales trends.
8. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, creative teams, and other departments to deliver effective advertising solutions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in ad sales, preferably in the digital advertising space.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of digital advertising, including display, video, social media, and programmatic advertising.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
