Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Dealer Community Manager to join our growing team! You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our dealer network, driving dealer acquisition, engagement, and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Content Management:

- Own and maintain content for Droom's dealer-facing webpages including lead forms, tracking, and overall user experience.

- Spearhead the creation and curation of content for Droom University

- Continuously update and refresh existing Droom University content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.

Dealer Communication & Engagement:

- Manage and execute a bi-monthly dealer newsletter, including template design, email blast, performance analysis, and follow-up actions.

- Develop and implement communication strategies to keep dealers informed of news, updates, announcements, and policy changes.

- Oversee all dealer marketing and acquisition Go-To-Market (GTM) materials.

Dealer Acquisition & Growth:

- Implement strategies to generate new dealer signups and new active dealers per month.

- Spearhead Chairman Club subscriber acquisition

Dealer Training & Development:

- Organize and conduct weekly training programs focusing on dealer success and platform utilization.

- Host regular dealer webinars on various topics relevant to the automotive industry.

Dealer Relationship Management:

- Manage monthly dealer store branding and visual retail merchandising based on subscription tiers.

- Facilitate the collection of dealer testimonials

- Conduct weekly dealer meets to foster open communication and address concerns.

- Organize and execute dealer roadshows to strengthen regional dealer connections.

- Plan and execute large-scale dealer summits to drive industry knowledge sharing and networking.

- Facilitate meetings between top-performing dealers and Droom's leadership team.

Dealer Experience & Optimization:

- Conduct audits of dealer branding, particularly for resellers, to ensure brand consistency.

- Lead focus group studies with dealers to gather valuable feedback on products and offerings.

- Maintain and update a comprehensive store branding and visual retail merchandising catalog for dealers.

- Implement strategies to enhance dealer Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) on a monthly basis.

Benchmarking & Best Practices:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry best practices in dealer community management, benchmarking Droom's approach against leading platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Alibaba, Temu, Zomato, Swiggy, Airbnb, and Uber.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dealer community management or a similar B2B marketing role.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful dealer marketing and acquisition strategies.

- Excellent content creation and editing skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.

- Experience managing and executing events (conferences, roadshows, etc.) is a plus.

- Data-driven approach with experience in marketing analytics and reporting.

- Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
