Job Summary:
- Droom is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our SaaS offerings through strategic channel partnerships, participation in industry conferences, and building relationships with resellers.
- The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry, and a proven track record of driving sales through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage strategic channel partnerships to expand the reach and distribution of our SaaS products.
- Industry Conferences: Represent Droom at key industry conferences and events to promote our SaaS solutions, build networks, and identify potential partners and clients.
- Reseller Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with resellers to drive sales and ensure product success in various markets.
- Lead Generation: Leverage industry connections and market intelligence to identify new opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations and close partnership deals with resellers and channel partners, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies and ensure Droom's SaaS offerings remain competitive.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and go-to-market strategies.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales and partnership targets, contributing directly to Droom's growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and other key stakeholders.
- Experience in representing organizations at industry conferences and events.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive growth targets.
- Ability to travel as needed for conferences, meetings, and events.
