Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - OEM

Job Summary:
Droom is looking for a driven and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives with OEMs. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive manufacturing sector, including vehicle manufacturers, component suppliers, and other OEMs. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the automotive or technology industries and a proven ability to close large-scale deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- OEM Relationship Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with OEMs, including vehicle manufacturers and component suppliers, to drive sales growth and expand Droom's market presence.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy targeting OEMs to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Key Account Management: Manage relationships with high-value clients, acting as the primary point of contact for OEMs and ensuring their needs are met through Droom's solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations for long-term agreements with OEMs, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable growth for both parties.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements, industry trends, and competitive offerings to position Droom as the go-to partner for OEMs, offering tailored digital solutions and services.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the automotive sector, and leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to align Droom's solutions with OEM needs and ensure successful implementation.
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and continuously expand the network of OEM partners through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the enterprise sales division.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on OEMs, automotive, or technology industries.
- Strong network and proven ability to engage with key decision-makers in the OEM sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, closing high-value deals, and developing long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of OEM business models, automotive supply chains, and industry dynamics.
