Job Summary:
- Droom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts targeting the fleet industry, including ride-sharing companies, 3PL (third-party logistics) providers, auction houses, corporate leasing companies, government organizations, and repossession firms.
- The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong background in fleet management solutions or related industries.
- This role will focus on driving growth by establishing strategic relationships and managing high-value deals with fleet operators and associated enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow Droom's presence in the fleet industry, targeting key segments such as ride-sharing, 3PL, auction houses, corporate leasing companies, government organizations, and repossession services.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop long-term partnerships with fleet operators and organizations that manage large vehicle fleets.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their fleet management needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both Droom and the client, while maximizing revenue potential.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge to offer insights and solutions for fleet management challenges, positioning Droom as a trusted partner in the market.
- Market Expansion: Explore new markets and opportunities within the fleet industry, including government tenders, corporate leasing projects, and repossession sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth in the fleet vertical for Droom.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, detailing progress, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on fleet management, automotive, logistics, or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale sales deals and partnerships in sectors such as ride-sharing, logistics (3PL), auction houses, leasing companies, and government organizations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth understanding of fleet management, leasing, and auction processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously.
- Experience working with government tenders or large-scale B2B sales is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
