Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance and growth marketing strategy across all digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee all aspects of paid media (SEM, Display, Retargeting, Social Ads, App Installs) ensuring maximum ROI.
- Own and optimize SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Manage and grow organic social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) through engaging content and community building.
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing and partnership programs to drive user acquisition.
- Lead the development and execution of online reputation management (ORM) strategies.
- Champion growth hacking initiatives to identify and exploit new channels and strategies for user acquisition.
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across various channels and integrate with CRM systems.
- Oversee email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing efforts to nurture leads and drive sales conversions.
- Lead a high-performing team of performance marketing specialists and support their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implement them to achieve Droom's business objectives.
- Analyze marketing performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns continually.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Analytics) to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in performance and growth marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Master's degree or MBA from a top-tier university preferred.
- Prior experience as a Senior Director or VP of Performance Marketing or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEM, SEO, SMM, Affiliate Marketing, Alliances, Display/Retargeting Ads, App Store Optimization, ORM, Growth Hacking, Lead Gen, CRM, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, and WhatsApp Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Passion for the digital marketing industry and a strong understanding of the Indian online user landscape.
