Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative, highly driven Director of Brand, Content, and Social Media Marketing with 10-12 years of experience in consumer-focused internet brands. You will play a crucial role in shaping and driving Droom's brand narrative, executing powerful ATL and BTL campaigns, and building a comprehensive social media strategy that resonates with our audience.
You will carry marketing and branding on your sleeve, with an ideation process and creativity that stand second to none. You are a startup type, go-getter with a frugal mindset and relentless execution skills, and you won't settle for merely being a middleman between vendors and agencies. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to ensure consistent communication across all channels, elevating Droom's presence and recognition in the marketplace.
Content Creation & Management:
- Lead the creation of both short- and long-form content, tailored to engage and resonate with different audience segments. You will ensure that content is creative, impactful, and aligned with the brand's voice and values.
Campaign Development (ATL/BTL):
- Create and execute innovative Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns reach and engage target demographics, driving measurable results.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop a dynamic social media strategy across all key platforms, driving engagement and growth. Manage all social media accounts, ensuring creative and strategic alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Collaborations & Partnerships:
- Work closely with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen brand partnerships and extend reach organically through meaningful collaborations.
Data-Driven Marketing:
- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights, track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources.
Brand Representation & Advocacy:
- Be the brand's most vocal advocate internally and externally, embodying Droom's values and passion for innovation in all engagements.
Frugality & Startup Mindset:
- Execute marketing strategies with a resourceful, cost-conscious approach while still delivering high-impact results. Ensure all initiatives align with a high-growth startup mentality.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Lead and inspire a marketing team, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and successful branding and content strategies.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor's and Master's degree, with a major in Marketing.
Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience working with well-known, consumer-focused internet brands.
- Strong background in developing and executing ATL and BTL campaigns.
- Proven track record of creating impactful, engaging short- and long-life content.
- Extensive experience in managing social media strategy and marketing.
