Position: OpenERP – Business Head

Location: Mumbai

Compensation

- Leading pay package in OpenERP Industry

- Percentage of Net Profits

Roles and Responsibilities

- He/she would be responsible for all tasks concerning OpenERP. Broadly:

a) Business Development – Sales, marketing & product development

b) Project implementation – Managing project managers and technical teams

c) After Sales – Support and Maintenance

d) Customer Relationship Management

e) Creating and maintaining strategic partnerships

f) Human resource management

- Reporting structure: Direct reporting would be to the Managing Director of Drishti Tech. He/ she would also report to the Board of Directors at board meetings and as per requirement.

Required Qualifications and Key Skills:

- Education: Graduation (Base Requirement) + Post Graduate (Favorable Requirement, specially MBA)

- Work Experience: 5 – 8 years. Should currently be in a senior management position. Entrepreneurial experience will be valued. Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, developing or consulting on complete ERP deployments. A thorough understanding of ERP concepts is critical. Experience in any ERP solution/ software is valid.

- Be an adept Project Manager having full life cycle experience in software development environment

- Be a leader, detail oriented, quick study, and self-motivated

- Have a clear project and process improvement orientation with experience in delivering solutions under very tight timelines

- Demonstrated ability to translate customers' needs into timely and accurate responses

- Have ability to multitask within an environment of rapidly changing priorities

- Technical understanding of business application systems and their underlying hardware and software
