The present role shall be to spearhead the HR function@Drishti. The major responsibilities shall include leading the present HR team resources and managing the operational aspects on all the facets of HR (Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development). The role shall also include involvement in strategic level decision making with respect to the HR domain in consultation with the top management and stakeholders. This role demands exceptional execution capability with visionary thinking to build culture and communication channels within the organization.  Description of KRAs:  - Plan, Develop and implement strategies for finding the best talent for Drishti. This shall include ideation and execution of recruitment and selection strategies for varied teams like RnD Labs@Drishti, Support functions, Sales ( Both for Domestic and International Markets), Marketing, etc. The roles can be unique and shall require understanding and exposure to Campus & Off- Campus Recruitment, Vendor Management, Headhunting, etc. Also, the role shall include the responsibility of designing the selection process for each role by developing metrics which objectively measure and evaluate on various functional and non-functional competencies. A thorough evaluation on cultural fitment shall also be a key area.  - Execution of the Bi-Annual Performance Appraisal Process and Quarterly feedback management process to ensure ongoing feedback is delivered to all employees. The process presently followed is thorough and requires in-depth understanding of the functionalities of each team. This shall also require working in close collaboration with all mid-level managers for successful and timely completion of the process. Other areas under its purview shall include - Compensation Benchmarking (both internal and external) & Employee Grievance Management.  - Trainings and Organization Development: Enhancing the existing induction and training methodology and also driving new initiatives to facilitate better knowledge sharing and learning within the organization. This shall also include driving initiatives to develop, train and enable mid-level and upcoming first time managers.  - Employee Engagement and Culture Interventions: It shall be required to understand the team dynamics and engagement factors for the varied teams and design initiatives in line to these to keep up the level of engagement. Various HR Events centered around Celebrations, Fun, Team Bonding, Rewards and Recognition shall need to be ideated and executed.  - Manage and Lead the present team (3+): Provide functional guidance to the team whenever required and help in day-to-day work management and prioritization. Own and develop initiatives to improve the efficiency of the HR function in all aspects and thus play an active and influential role within the team in order to drive business results.  Skills Required:  Understanding of HR Functions   - High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player  - Strong communication and presentation skills  Preference of Educational Background:   - MBA in HR  Preference of Professional Background:   - 8+ years of Core HR Experience, preferably in a generalist role  - 3+ years of experience in team management  - Prior work experience with a Startup / Medium Size IT Company is an added advantage  Other Notes  2 Year Service Agreement
