Job Purpose:

To manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing.

Responsible for driving sales, customer acquisition, and lead generation through paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, and other digital platforms

- Develop performance-driven marketing strategies to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

- Continuously monitor and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to improve Cost Per Click (CPC), Click-Through Rates (CTR), and conversion rates

- Implement and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers

- Execute and optimize display advertising campaigns on Google Display Network (GDN) and other platforms

- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to align with business objectives while ensuring maximum ROI

- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager

- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copies and visuals align with marketing objectives

- Work closely with sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals

- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign performance

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Improve ROAS and reduce CAC through strategic paid marketing campaigns

- Achieve lead generation and conversion targets within the allocated budget

- Optimize and manage budgets for high-impact campaigns across different platforms

- Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of digital campaigns

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and Bing

- Strong understanding of PPC, display advertising, and remarketing strategies

- Expertise in data analysis and campaign performance tracking using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager

- Proficiency in budget management and performance optimization techniques

- Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

- Master's/Bachelor's in Marketing.
