Operations Analyst

About The Team:

An integral part of Drip's finance business is to make contact with buyers (or importers) run verifications and confirmations as required by our Risk policy, to on-board them to our system and build a long-term relationship for future business opportunity.

Your Role:

- Work on high priority projects related to Operations and optimization (e.g. sales funnel efficiency, turnaround time improvements, cost optimization) for the business

- Manage communications on the business, growth, and key strategic priorities to internal stakeholders (company, management team)

- Creating self-serve analytics dashboards to enable in tracking progress against key company objectives and conducting periodic deep-dive analysis to assist business leaders in strategic decision making

Our Checklist:

- 1-3 years of prior experience in an analytics role (data analyst, research associate)

- Proficiency in Excel and SQL

- Experience in exploratory data analysis, defining metrics, measuring business performance, performing root cause analyses, modelling business processes, building forecasts, and/or creating predictive models

- Ability to explain complex problems simply and intuitively, and communicate the confidence levels and limitations associated with an approach/ solution

- Humility, willingness to learn, and proactive/at cause attitude towards the projects that come your way
