Role Overview

- We are looking for a Manager - Strategy with a strong background in consulting, banking, and fintech startups.

- This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive new product initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and oversee end-to-end execution.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in defining product strategies, streamlining processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable financial products.

Responsibilities:

1) Metric tracking:

- Navigate company dashboards and help track important business metrics

- Monitor performance trends and flag any issues or opportunities

- Provide analytical support and insights to help drive decision-making

2) Project Management:

- Work with cross-functional teams to follow through on important initiatives

- Maintain clear documentation and updates for ongoing projects

3) Support on strategy decks, business cases, and internal presentations

Ideal Background:

- 2-3 years of experience in consulting (MBB, Kearney, Parthenon, Oliver Wyman, Strategy &, LEK) or strategy/founders' office at a startup

- Comfortable working with data and synthesizing insights

- Comfortable working cross functionally

- Clear communicator, organized, and a self-starter

- Proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
