The Digital Marketing team at Drip Capital drives user growth on the website through a mix of strategic initiatives, including content around the latest trends and updates in global trade, financial tools, trade trackers, and buyer-supplier discovery initiatives. Our target segment comprises businesses engaged in cross-border trade, which has many nuances that one must deal with on a daily basis. This offers a great opportunity to win over customers with multiple growth marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a data-driven, highly motivated, and organized individual to lead our SEO Strategy and take it to the next level. As an SEO Manager for Drip Capital, you will be in charge of the brand's SEO strategy driving its organic visibility across all channels and geographies. This role will give you an opportunity to plan, build, manage and scale engaging content that will help the brand become synonymous with international trade and drive engagement & customer growth.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and growing Organic Search Traffic and Traffic from other organic channels for each geography relevant to the business strategy of Drip Capital
- Growing relevant conversions or business leads from SEO channels for each geography
- Create and execute an SEO Strategy for each target segment and geography
- Mentor and manage a team of SEO Associates
- Setting up workflows that help in optimizing SEO processes within the team
- Ensuring that the team has the best stack of SEO Tools that can help them with faster execution
- Research SEO best practices and implement the same on a regular basis
- Immunizing the website against google core updates
- Conducting technical SEO Audits and preparing recommendations
- Execution of Technical SEO improvements for maintaining site performance and health
- Presenting monthly and quarterly reports to senior management about traffic metrics, keyword positions, and conversions
- Conducting competitor research and analysis to suggest the latest trends in the -International Trade space that Drip Capital should consider to improve their organic visibility
- Collaborate with Tech team for execution of planned SEO strategies, updates on the website, and technical SEO improvements
- Collaborate with Communications and Content team for execution of SEO content strategy
- Collaborate with UI & UX team for new web pages and visual content to be updated on the website and other organic channels
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers for SEO content creation
- Collaborate with SEM Team to create a cohesive conversion strategy for digital channel
- Collaborate with Branding Team to create a brand strategy that improves overall organic visibility and meets the objectives of branding efforts
Preferred Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, social media, or brand management role
- Excellent written communication and reading comprehension skills
- High emotional quotient
- Hands-on experience managing social media channels
- International marketing and finance/economics knowledge will be considered a plus
