- PMS (KRA Based)

- Training / Development

- Handling OD Intervention Activities.

- Employee engagement Activities

- Recruitment & on boarding

- Audit of all HR policies & processes

- Initiate team Motivational Activities & devise strategies for improvement.

- Implementation of Reward & Recognition policy & other people related policies initiated by Corporate HR.

- MIS for all activities

- Hands on experience of designing & implementing T&D, PMS and employee engagement initiatives.
