Our focus is on building highly scalable marketing campaigns that will attract 100 million sports fans to play fantasy sports. The marketing team conceptualizes and executes campaigns starting from communication to creative to landing pages to the last point of the funnel. The team continuously runs A/B tests and analyzes data at every step of the funnel. We use tools like AppsFlyer, Branch, Looker, Kissmetrics and Crazyegg to get new insights to enhance marketing campaigns.
Your Role:
- Create, manage and optimize marketing campaigns (App Campaigns) across digital channels
- Optimize conversion rates and ROI through analytics and A/B testing
- Continuously come up with new marketing ideas to test
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to goals in terms of customer acquisition cost and ROI
- Regularly monitor and report key metrics around marketing performance, user acquisition and ROI
- Building marketing & advertising strategy, campaign planning, implementation, management & optimization
MUST Have:
- 3-7 years of digital marketing experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in app marketing
- Experience in analytics
- Exceptional problem solving skills
Bonus:
- Previous start-up experience in digital marketing
