Role : HR TAT in India Sales Team of Dr. Reddy's
Key Responsibilities :
Candidate Profiling and Prescreening:
- Using a variety of tools, source, screen, track, and recommend qualified candidates to Recruiters
- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
- Identify and develop creative methodologies for sourcing a diverse group of high quality candidates
- Use Recruitment Agencies to generate a pool of candidates
- Develop extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs
Vendor Management :
- Drive performance of Recruitment Agencies and further improve relationships
- Evaluate the performance of existing Recruitment Agencies and suggest addition of new vendors or removal of existing one.
- Raise invoices for all vendors and coordinate with cross functional team for timely payment.
Employee Referral Payout Process
- Processing of referral form for timely Payouts.
Key Performance Indicators:
- No of qualified resumes sent to recruiters
- Quality of Market Intelligence
- TAT to send the qualified resumes
- Vendor Satisfaction index
Operating Network: All Recruiters, BP HR, Consultants, All Vertical and Division Heads
Educational Qualifications: Graduate with 2-3 yrs. of Experience in Pharma Sales Recruitment
