Purpose :

To Facilitate all HR related activities, address employee grievance & queries, custodian of HR policies & guidelines and create an environment which helps employees to perform at their best leading to high business performance.

Manpower Planning :

- Participate & assist in collating Manpower Budget for the business in coordination with supervisor, Delivery Heads, timely deployment of the resources as and when needed and getting manpower approvals well in advance

- In Order to bridge talent gaps so that timely delivery is achieved.

Talent Acquisition :

- Co-ordinate with TAT to fill the gaps within lead time & ensure zero talent gaps.

- Participate in Campus hiring process to bring in right kind of fresh talent to the organisation and represent HR in campuses to build Dr.Reddy's brand

Talent Management :

- Contribute in the TMB process, in terms of getting the inputs and deciding the developmental areas to chalk out the developmental needs and succession planning

- KYD- Drive KYD Analytical & Formulations to cover maximum number of relevant employees getting certified for the module.

- Perfect - Help in driving the perfect process in order to complete the performance appraisals smoothly.

HR Operations :

- SAP-Ensure timely updating and cleaning of SAP- HR database to have updated and flawless data in SAP.

- Promotion- Facilitating the Quarterly promotion to complete the process well in time every time

- Driving all the Employee welfare initiatives (FHPL,Health Checkups, Celebrations) and providing continuous support to employees

- In Order to ensure smooth HR operations across the business Units

Education & Experience :

- MBA in Human Resource with at least 3 to 8 years of experience in Business HR role.

Business Understanding :

- Understanding of Pharma business & industry, along with the complete formulation product life cycle knowledge.

Salary Range: 5-7 LPA
