HR Facilitator

Key responsibilities :
Partner with business in interventions like Human resource planning, Employee engagement and R&R, performance management, Compliance Management and data analytics
Hiring and on boarding of niche talent :
- Filling positions in time and building the talent pipeline for key roles.
- Drive site specific induction program to facilitate smooth transition
Employee engagement and productivity :
- Lead annual manpower planning & budgeting exercise with focus on productivity.
- Drive employee connect agenda on shop-floor by organizing timely Open house meetings, pulse meetings, small group discussions.
- Provide people insights to business based on shop floor interactions, attrition and manning.
Performance Management and compliance :
- Lead the performance management process- facilitate goal setting, performance discussions, yearly reviews and feedback/consequence management.
- Lead SA8000 certification at site and ensure 100% statutory compliance
Operating Network :
Internal : Operations head, plant quality head, Functional leads, Cross BU HR Teams, Corporate HR teams- OE, C&B, Talent Acquisition, L&D.
External : SLA partners, Educational institutes, statutory bodies
Technical Requirements :
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance, talent management, Performance management, Data analytics
Educational qualification & Experience :
- MBA HR with good academic credentials.
- 3-6 years of work experience in HR (Preferably in Business HR role)
Key Personal Attributes :
- Ability to handle critical interactions with Business Leaders.
- Ability to understand data and bring out sharp insights.
- Ability to collaborate with business
