Role: HR Facilitator - R&D
Location: Hyderabad
Context:
Integrated Product Development Organization in R&D is a strategically important unit for Dr. Reddy's with approximately 1000 employees. The role is to facilitate all HR related activities, address employee grievance & queries, to be a custodian of HR policies & guidelines and create an environment which helps employees to perform at their best leading to high business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Organization Design and Manpower Planning:
- Participate in manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the business with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower
- Support business teams in alignment of organization design to business strategy
- Identify issues and process gaps to improve alignment, manpower productivity and minimize redundancies
Talent Management :
- Attracting and inducting high quality talent into the organization
- Support line management in forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements
- Participate in Talent Management Board process: Talent review including Hi-po, young talent etc. identification, competency assessment, closure on feedback and creation of individual development plans
- Support in building the talent pipeline for critical positions by developing robust career & succession planning mechanisms
- Hire right talent within lead time & ensure zero talent gaps ensuring the right person for the right job
Performance Management :
- Participate in the performance management process with regard to goal setting, performance discussions, yearly reviews and consequence management
- Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Performance management tools Process
Employee Engagement and Communication:
- Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations; Proactive HR sensing and addressing employee grievances/concerns etc.
- Organize the Skip level meetings, pulse meetings and other organizational health surveys
- Drive the 'Fun at Work' initiative in the business unit
Organizational Initiatives :
- Support change management at BU Level
- Manage specific projects as determined in the HR planning process and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
Operating Network
Internal: Vertical Heads, Business Unit HR Head, Corporate Compensation& Benefits, Organization Effectiveness, Administration, L&D
External: Vendors, Consultants
Educational Qualifications: Graduate with Full time MBA in Human Resources
Experience Required: Upto 4 years of experience in Business HR role. Experience in a pharma/biotech/process industry is preferred
Technical requirement: Ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills

Salary Range: 6-9 LPA
