- PSAI is a strategically important unit for Dr.Reddy's with approximately 4500+ personnel. The role is to facilitate financial target setting, performance reporting & providing insightful information pertaining to the Business Unit's performance

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities would be as follows:

- Monthly Reporting of Performance

- Financial Ratios and modelling

- Preparing and projecting PnL/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow

- Capital Budgeting, Revenue Budgeting

- Sales Accounting (cutoff, revenue recognition etc)

- Other projects (eg. Peer benchmarking, Product Market Share and Market Dynamics, Aiding marketing in product pricing etc.)

Operating Network

- Internal (finance): BU Finance teams (Costing, Controlling, Plant Finance teams), CFO's office, Corporate Analytics, Other BU Finance teams, SOX & Internal Audit, EXIM team

- External (outside finance): Marketing, SCM, Business Strategy Team, Logistics, Plant Planner, Business Planning team, Business HR, Auditors

- Educational Qualifications: CA / MBA (premier institute)

- Technical Requirements: Excel, Powerpoint, SAP

- Experience Required: 2 to 3 years
