Dr Reddys - Finance Controller

Budgeting and Financial Planning:

- Conduct review and ensure submission of Operating & Capex budget for FTO Vizag Location as per Corporate guidelines & timelines

- Ensure delivery of the budget by continuously monitoring the Actual performance against Budgets.

Product Costing & Inventory Control:

- Ensure accurate & timely Product costing

- Tracking & Monitoring the inventory levels to ensure optimal utilization of the Working Capital

- Monitoring the COPE and ongoing review of Slow & Non moving inventories.

MIS / Financial Management Accounting:

- Ensure delivery of timely and periodic MIS reports, Reporting Budget vs Actual for Operating Expenses and tracking key performance indicators ; Laying focus on improving the performance of the Plant through Exceptional reporting.

Capex & Fixed Assets Management:

- Evaluate Capex proposals across Sites and ensure approvals as per DOA ; Monitoring the Capex proposals with respect to Budget and Scope

- Ensure optimisation of Capex spend across Site; Ensure appropriate accounting and control over Fixed assets.

Audit, Internal Controls & Compliance Management:

- Ensure Adherence to SOX requirements

- Ensure SOP's and policies in place for key process, periodic review in line with SOX requirements

- Establish internal control for key processes, handle periodic internal audit

- Ensure compliance to SEZ Laws and regulations

Team Development:

- Conduct goal setting for subordinates,conduct performance appraisal and Identify training needs of subordinates.

- Ensure subordinates are adequately trained on Plant finance aspects to support the business.
