Role: Business Analyst  Reporting To: CIO  Location: Corporate Office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad  Context  Dr. Reddy's enterprise business processes are executed on SAP application primarily. While the development and management of SAP enterprise application is supported by our technology partners, business analysts play a key role in converting our business process strategy and regulatory changes to those processes (like improved batch traceability and ePedigree etc.) in to technology development roadmaps.   The objective is for the business analyst to understand the requirements of HR and Legal function, identify the platform which can address that needs of the function and play the role of key liaison between the IT-BPE team/partners in development team and HR & Legal team for internal project developments. This should help map client business requirements and establish customer satisfaction criteria for project success.  What makes this assignment interesting-   - Broader understanding of Dr. Reddy's business context and scenarios  - Insight into the end-to-end process flows related to HR. Value chain analysis and understanding of latest trends in business applications  Key Responsibilities  - Participate in business user requirements & understand the key operational & data challenges of client's organization.  - Reviews and prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.  - Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.  - Oversee development of solution prototype  - Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a pro-active manner.  - Communicates needed changes to development team  - Develop clear application development and leverage strategy to improve compliance and user experience  Operating Network  Internal: All functions and teams within the organization across India and overseas locations  External: Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks  Technical Requirements:  - Very good understanding of HR Processes  - Must have exposure to HCM platforms (like Successfactors) - technology inclination   - Exposure to enterprise applications modules (in atleast one area) a big plus  - Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.  - Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with PMI project methodologies and SDLC.  Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/MBA  Experience Required: 4 to 8 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale organization or in a consulting firm.   Key Personal Attributes   - Good communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability  - Must be collaborative in approach and a team player   - Very good at networking and influencing  - Willingness to learn new concepts, tools and techniques related to the subject  - Open to travel across locations in India and overseas locations
