Key Responsibilities :
Talent Management & Succession Planning :
- Responsible for coordinating with the stakeholders for enabling talent identification through competency profiling, conducting talent reviews, supporting creation and closure of development plans for the individuals (with special focus on HiPos). Responsible identification of key roles and successors for them in line with the succession planning process of the organization.
Developing People Capabilities for Business :
- Responsible for coordinating with the stakeholders for the critical capability building process for the business. Responsibilities include behavioural areas of training necessary for improved business results. Delivery may range from small-duration one-off interventions to long-drawn curricula spread over more than one year (like All time audit readiness)
Leadership Development :
- Responsible for coordinating special leadership development projects/initiatives, partnering with external experts/consultants, shadowing participants, facilitating reviews and showing improvement on the ground on individual development and related business projects.
People Management Excellence :
- Enabling and monitoring people management excellence. Enabling HR partners to effectively work with line managers for delivering on people's expectations, measuring progress of managers on chosen metrics and rewarding excellent managers.
Employee Engagement :
- Developing awareness on engagement, identification of critical engagement levers for the business, formulating action plans and delivering on the same in collaboration with HR Leads.
Building HR capabilities :
- Creating various knowledge-sharing forums for making the HR team aware of contemporary knowledge/practices within and outside the organization; providing tools to the HR team for doing their job more efficiently/effectively.
Dashboard Management :
- Responsible for managing the various dashboards for various programs and tracking the progress of the programs.
Operating Network :
Internal : Plant HR Heads, HR Managers, HR Facilitators, Plant / Functional Heads, Site Leadership Teams, TTC, HR CoEs, Administration team
External : Vendors & Institutions
Technical Requirements :
- Programme management skills
- Understanding of the basics of learning, development and talent management processes
- Documentation skills
- Ability to communicate in a crisp manner - especially in writing
- Making impactful presentations
- Facilitation skills and understanding of content design are desirable
Educational & Experience :
- Post Graduate in business management with 3-6 years of relevant work experience
