Key Responsibilities:
- Work on advanced data analyses to provide insights to different types of users
- Work with Product and IT teams to translate data insights into consumer journeys
- Conduct predictive analysis to create various what-if scenarios to drive organizational planning and marketing strategies
- Be the go to person for the data science projects within the organization
- Design, Develop and code scripts
- To cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources including unstructured data
- To embed Machine learning algorithms and automate processes.
Requisites :
- Total 4-5 years of experience with 2+ years in Predictive analytics design, build, modeling, mining, analysis, reporting and optimization .
- Machine Learning and Modeling experience desired
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment, should have the ability to navigate scenarios in which information and data may not always be forthcoming and should have good people skills.
- Bachelor Degree required (Masters in Math/Statistics/Engineering/Science/Business preferred)
Tools experience :
- Data Analytics and tools (i.e., Python, mldb.ai, scikit and related ML libraries, Spark, mySQL, APIs, AWS, S3, etc.)
- Experience in data architecture, databases, ETL, SQL, analysis, reporting and visualization, cloud-based distributed computing and predictive modeling
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and data: website and email display advertising, social media, audience identification and targeting, etc
