Responsibilities:-
1. Manage all the activities done targeting Doctors to increase prescription of key investigations for target specialties focusing the Genomic Segment - (Oncology Focus)
2. Plan,coordination & execution of all B2B (Dr Level) Activities.
3. To increase the business revenue of specialized tests & meet assigned portfolio value & growth targets.
Key Deliverable:-
1. Creating test portfolio literature & Inputs and New Test Introductions.
2. Planning & complete execution of CMEs/conferences with Sales team-coordinating both internally & externally.
3. Webinar -coordination & execution.
4. Field Working with Sales Team-hand holding
5. Startegizing new ways to target doctors in the therapy segment assigned.
6. Monitoring & preparing of Budget Sheets for MM.
7. Miscellaneous responsibilities - vendor selection for specific activities, PO creation,training to Sales team members
