Dr Lal PathLabs - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Internal Audit

JD - AM/DM - Internal Audit :-

1. Carrying out risk based internal audit including walkthrough of various processes such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Logistics, Marketing, IT.

2. Working with Finance and other departments along with external auditors to ensure an adequate control design and testing plan for IFC control framework and other consulting assignments

3. Identify weak areas for creation of effective SOPs.

4. Identify control gaps and ensure and facilitate implementation of recommendations for process reviews.

5. Hands on experience on data analytics.

6. Interaction with various functional heads and their team in getting required information.

7. Prepare risk based audit work program, process interview questionnaire and document requirement list for auditing areas.

8. Thorough understanding of the business processes.

9. Understanding and preparation of process flow charts through MS visuals.

10. Understanding IT applications and their integrations.

11. Knowledge of local laws and regulations impacting our Industry.

12. Preparation of audit report in a presentable manner to top management.

13. Follow-up with the functional heads for responses to the audit findings.

14. Tracking of compliance of previous audit findings and periodical review of the same.

15. Understanding working patterns of internal control aspects of ERP

Desired Skills and Experience:-

- Chartered Accountant with experience of 3-5 years in industry in internal audit role.

- Prior experience in healthcare/FMCG/e commerce/ telecom industry would be useful.

- Excellent Report writing and communication skills - both verbal and written

- Strong on MS Office and ERP

- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse data and trends

- Financial and commercial acumen

- Openness to travel within India.
