Purpose of The Position:
- The Head/GM - Digital Product Management will be accountable for heading the Digital Product Team to develop and maintain business-critical applications.
- Will be responsible to manage the digital ecosystem of B2B and B2C applications, implementation of projects, ensure change management, testing management and communications management for the projects to deliver the business results. This role will report to CIO.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute various digital product for the company & Support Various lines of business
- Manage the digital ecosystem of B2C as well as B2B business applications
- Develop the website and App (B2C) as an alternate revenue channel
- Program management: Spearhead the digital charter for the company by creating a robust practice of Product Development Life cycle for multiple applications across development partners
- Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with business/management stakeholders to understand business problems and co-create tech solutions for implementation
- Liaison with business teams to plan GTM for seamless critical application releases for users
- Interface & Alliance with 3rd party Eco System for development
- Work with external vendor to develop product & feature and rollout
- Management and monitoring of external digital agencies and their productivity
- Development and management of digital budgets
- Team Management: Hire and nurture product managers, quality testers and build a great product management team
- This role will report to CIO
What We are Looking For:
Education Must Have : B.Tech CS / MBA additional preferred, preferably from a tier 1/tier 2 colleges
Experience : 10+ Yrs. of B2B and/or B2C digital product development
Type of Exposure : Experience in digital and SaaS products.
- Building multiple apps, website exp. etc
- Hands-on experience on UX/UI,
- Product development and project management
- Exposure in driving digital initiatives & transformations
Industry Exposure : E-Commerce/Digital Start-ups/Retail/Healthcare start-ups/ BFSI/ NBFC/ Hospitality & Tourism
Candidate should be comfortable working from office.
