DP World - Sales Manager (Ahmedabad/Tuticorin/Navi Mumbai Location)
- Responsible for sales growth in the region and focus sector for the company
- Map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the region.
- Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers
- Develop and execute sales plan to take standardized solutions to target customer
- segments in the allocated region x sector. Ensure a balanced growth across DP World Product Portfolio
- Drive conversations with accounts to identify unmet customer logistics needs, beyond stated needs and identify the relevant solution(s) that can deliver value to the client
- Support the Solution Architect in developing customized solutions for complicated logistics need
- Ensure price positioning in the market through effective value-based selling of
- integrated solutions and managing the profitability of the business
- Manage the allocation of sales resources to ensure achievement of
- country/product/industry objectives/targets
- Build strong client relationships by ensuring adequate customer stakeholder interactions across customer hierarchy
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through good delivery governance by closely working with delivery teams
- Adapt in using sales digital tools - CRM / ERP / pricing tools
