Responsibilities:

- Manage full recruitment life cycle for hiring in for Sales, Customer Success and Technology functions at Dozee.

- Work closely with hiring teams to understand and fulfill the hiring needs of the organization, with best in class talent.

- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements

- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate, from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, and driving the interview process.

- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and deliver a great candidate experience.

- Maintain required dashboards and MIS.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/PG degree In HR or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in full cycle recruitment in fast paced startups. Experience in Tech hiring is mandatory.

- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.

- Flexible and adaptable.

- Willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
